End of day reports are not always accurate when we print them. There is also an issue when it comes to printing out the charts for the clients. I can understand, and fully accept Patterson's decision for Eaglesoft itself to be its own standalone Authentication and Authorization mechanism. This software is great for scanning documents and there is a great task manager that comes in handy when reminding other employees to finish some thing. There are unlimited opportunities with this software. I used Patterson Eaglesoft in college and it was so easy to learn and manipulate. To find a way that several locations can be linked so that we do not have to use an RDP access.

I would like to see the software be able to better integrate devices such as intraoral cameras and digital xrays other than Schick. I loved this software. Some minor functions could be tweaked to be improved, but they seem to have an updated version every year or so. Learn more about PIC.

Patterson's support techs are also very quick to get to you, and rarely require more than one quick session to resolve any issues you might be experiencing. The product forces you to have your practice users have local administrative privileges on the workstation - This pattfrson completely counter to the "least privilege" principal of security that states eagleesoft a user should have the absolute least amount of privileges required to perform a set of tasks.
More data capability would be helpful. While there are several out-of-box reports, there is no way to customize reporting that does not require getting Eaglesoft involved, and in many cases it goes absolutely nowhere.

Eaglesoft has a good foundation, but it has a lot of problems, and hold-time is ridiculous. Also, it is faster than some of the competitors out there. Have you ever wondered about the benefits of patterskn your practice management software with digital imaging? Eaglesoft desperately needs a new web-based UI. It has an excellent ability to be compatible to many different forms of equipment through out the dental office.
The basic issues are: So pattrrson a plus! Excellent for a small dental business! There's a lot of different many that can get confusing if you don't know what they're for. The software has to be configured for each user, so if you are on a domain, you basically need to configure your preferences for every single user on every computer.
Eaglesoft has much better graphics than Dentrix and it looks better to the naked eye. So far, non of them quite compare to this one when it comes to the clinical needs. Easy to use, easy to learn. This takes time for deployment. That is because our eaglesoct move between 11 treatment rooms.

I like how on the charting screen you can click on a tooth and immediately see all images and history associated with that tooth.
The thing I really liked the most about eaglesoft pattersoh is that no matter what section of the office you are in you are easily capable of viewing any thing related to that patient.
